The structure of the cell membrane :

In animall cell membrane we have a lipid bilayer membrane with proteins، colestrole and gluco protein and glicolipid.

The lipid is phospholipid that has a glycerol in head and to fatty acid in tail.

Proteins are in 3 position:

  1. Integral
  2. Pripheral
  3. Lipid anchor

Colestrole molecules are between phospholipids and glicolipid and glico proteins are at extracellular space.

In plant cell the structre is as each other how ever we don't have any colestrole molecules between phospholipids.
