1) if a person has a lifestyle where he is active or at least moves around throughout their day, he’s more healthy compared to a person who sits at a desk for hours like secretaries, receptionists etc... therefore, he/she will, overtime, become overweight and lack a proper nutrition plan

2) teens may eat disorder cos they are mot likely to be socailable

3) eating indoors is much cleaner than eating outside

1. Lifestyle can impact diet and nutrition. If you work a lot no time to cook healthy meals. Financial issues can’t afford to buy healthy foods. Family that eat unhealthy or are not educated in nutrition will have kids that will most likely follow that same path.
2. Because girls want to be thin. They want to look like the people that are thin. They think they will be liked more if they are thin.
3. Hopefully you are making less processed foods at home. Eating out health options. Lean meats that are not battered or fried. Chicken, fish, Salads, vegetables minus butter or sauces.
4. No, different people have different needs depending on there lifestyle and activity level. Are they a student, an athlete, do they work out or sit around.
5. If you eat junk you will feel like junk. If you put food in your body will reward you and you will feel good and have energy.
