They have been so many hardships in this time, and we are having to pardoned and punish many people. The main person we are punishing is Romeo. He has killed Tybalt, but also Tybalt killed Mercutio. There has been so much loss and Juliet and he family are devastated. We haven't been able to decide if they should just be banished or punished for the crimes they have committed.
