Sorry, I don't remember how to solve this algebraically but you can use your graphing calculator for this!

First step is to click on the [tex]y=[/tex] button and it's gonna take you to this window.

You then have to input both formulas and once you're done, click [tex]graph[/tex] and it will graph it for you. I would recommend clicking the [tex]window[/tex] button beforehand and changing the Xmin/Ymin and Xmax/Ymax to -100 and 100 respectively.

Once you do that, click [tex]2nd[/tex] and then click the [tex]trace[/tex] button and then click [tex]intersect[/tex]. Click [tex]enter[/tex] 3 times and then it will show you the coordinates of where they intersect.

I got (x = -9) and (y = 53)
