Just find the space it would take for three downloads of the high quality version and one download of the standard version.

2.6 + 4.5 * 3 = 16.1

And now just divide 4025 by 16.1 to find how many of those portions are inside of 4025.

4025 / 16.1 = 250

And since it's asking how many downloads of the standard version there was, it would be 250.
